Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and great leadership qualities and take initiative. Minimum requirements include an undergraduate or graduate degree in planning from an accredited university program. Candidates with a masters degree or dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design or planning are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates must demonstrate strong writing and public speaking skills, as well as proven experience with site design, planning and urban design. Successful project management and business development capabilities as well as proficiency in Adobe Suite, GIS and Microsoft Office are required. Facilitation and 3-D modeling skills are strongly preferred.
