We are seeking an experienced Design and Planning leader with 12+ years of professional experience directing and managing projects and motivating teams with a proven track record of business development and winning new clients and projects.

An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture and/or planning program is required. A graduate degree is preferred. Candidates with dual degrees in both landscape architecture and urban design or planning are strongly encouraged to apply. Landscape architecture licensure in one or more states is required.
Requirements include strong skills in planning and urban design, site design, and experience with construction observation; demonstrated ability in project management and business development; successful management of projects from conceptual design through completion of construction documents; proven experience producing drawings and specifications from the schematic stage through CDs. Candidates should be self-motivated with the ability and desire to lead and mentor others in the design and construction documentation process; experienced in the financial management and operation of teams; and must be able to demonstrate successful business development experience and ability to engage and retain clients. This will include developing successful proposals and responses to RFPs, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
