    We are seeking an Office and Project Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of office experience to work directly with Principals, Project Managers and project teams to greet clients and manage the administrative functions of the office.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must be highly professional, organized, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and familiar with general office administration and equipment. Candidates must enjoy greeting and scheduling people and be articulate on the phone. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with strong personal initiative, leadership skills, good judgment, the ability to multi-task and prioritize. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is required. 

    Responsibilities

    This position provides administrative support to the office, assists project teams with organizing materials for design projects, and leads the administrative office operations. Strong coordination skills and attention to detail is required.
