    Qualifications

    A bachelor’s degree is required and one to three years of experience in human resources administration is preferred.

     

    Candidates must possess competency in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments and the ability to work both independently and as a team.  Database management, exemplary communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.  Candidates must maintain a positive, effective, detail-oriented, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    The position will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and provide additional support in the areas of reruiting, hiring, orientation, HRIS and special projects/iniatives.
