    We are growing in dynamic ways and are deeply committed to our finding the best talent. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, based in the Denver office.
    As a member of the firmwide marketing team, this position reports directly to the Marketing Director and assists with firmwide business development, marketing and public relations initiatives. This position also provides marketing support to specific office locations across the country.

     

     

    This individual is a highly motivated, self-starter with experience in proposal production, key messaging and story development across all communications. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients, updating and maintaining the CRM system and leading all marketing efforts for your designated office team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
    • Minimum of five years previous experience preparing written and visual promotional materials and/ or marketing proposals in the A/E/C industry
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with Deltek or other CRM software is strongly desired
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including editing and proofing
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage projects and events to meet deadlines.
    • Graphic design and layout skills required
    • Must be comfortable in a deadline-oriented role with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Ability to communicate and present ideas in an organized, efficient and effective manner that results in clear understanding and action.
    • Critical thinker with attention to detail
    • One who can lead others in developing a strategy and then assume responsibility for its management and implementation.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and obtaining professional certifications.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties | Responsibilities:


    • Collaborates with project teams and leads the planning and production of firm qualifications packages, requests for proposals and qualifications, presentations, and interviews
    • Works with Principals and other key individuals to assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans
    • Updates and maintains templates for proposals, qualifications packages, cutsheets, resumes and PowerPoint presentations
    • Prepares the graphics and layout for required marketing materials as needed
    • Delivers quality management best practices for all communication materials both inside/outside the firm
    • Procures and qualifies short and long-term leads for various target audiences
    • Conducts research on industry and market trends to support firm offices
    • Develops and maintains a network of corporate, industry, municipal, and community contacts to keep abreast of industry, client, and competitor activity

    Communications, Public Relations, Social Media
    • Assists in the production of marketing, promotional, and image materials
    • Collects news from DW staff and develops posts for the company portal and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram)
    • Contributes to the production of PR materials including email blasts and press releases for distribution to media sources
    • Assists team management of PR and Social Media calendars
    • Assist with the coordination of national and state award competition entries
    • Assists with compilation of DW website materials including press releases, office information, resumes, etc.
    • Updates and manages marketing portal pages, as necessary
    • Coordinates special events such as open houses, etc.
    • Compiles images/graphics for Open Asset upload and maintenance


    Systems and Processes:


    • Updates and manages all office marketing and business development opportunities using CRM software, including report generation
    • Monitors the opportunities and tracks leads through the sales cycle
    • Maintains system to regularly update staff on status of leads, potential projects and hit ratios.
    • Implements best practices of quality management for all internal and external communications

    Other Responsibilities:
    • Represents the firm outside the office to colleagues and the public through understanding of the firm's history and design philosophy
    • Actively involved in professional organization
