The salary range for this position is $65K - $80K depending on demonstrated project and professional work experience. As you develop and contribute to growing the firm, you will continue to also grow your compensation by qualifying for annual pay-for-performance merit increases, discretionary bonus payouts based on the firm's profitability along with professional advancement awards. In addition, we support and provide the flexibility to develop hybrid work schedules.
