At Design Workshop, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role supporting firmwide marketing and business development activities. Based in our Denver studio, this role is responsible for producing high-quality marketing deliverables including proposals, qualifications packets, presentations, and digital content, while maintaining brand consistency and supporting cross-functional coordination across technical teams. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment and be skilled at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced professional services setting.

Our salary range for this role is $62,000 - $72,000 and a final offer to join the firm is based on our review and understanding of your demonstrated professional skills and experience. We are an ESOP company funded entirely by company contributions; our employees participate in ownership. This is designed as a long-term retirement benefit with employees’ accounts increasing as the value of the business increases. Similarly, we expect that as you contribute to growing the firm that you will continue to grow your compensation by qualifying for annual pay-for-performance merit increases, discretionary bonus payouts based on the firm's profitability and professional advancement awards.
